With experience at PC General, Millennium Technology, PB Tech, and Need a Nerd, I've been building and fixing computers since 1997. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and contribute to the C++ programming language standards committee.
Bentley Computer Support has been in operation since 2013. Initially Waikato Home PC Support, the name was changed to Bentley Home PC Support in 2019 to reflect the broader geographic scope of the business, then to Bentley Computer Support in 2025 to better reflect additional work with Mac computers, tablets/phones and small businesses.
I act with integrity and efficiency, generally aiming for the most positive outcomes from an environmental perspective. My mission: to help you take control of your technology.
I handle data/devices with care, create back-ups before doing extensive work, and ensure privacy & security are maintained.
I do right by my clients, meaning transparent pricing, genuine advice, and not recommending things you don't need.
I diagnose & provide solutions with a minimum of wasted time, to get you back up and running.
